Creativecomp Infotechoffering Computer and its peripherals Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services/support. There are however, certain things that you must know and acknowledge about these contracts and its services before you actually selected the one option. If you are worried about repair and maintenance costs of your product then we are offering you annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Our extremely skilled Engineer team is talented to installing, maintaining and repairing Windows-based PCs, Laptop, Tablets, Notebook, modems, and network connections. Certified engineers can make on-site repairs in departmental offices and Individuals, or you can bring on your equipment to the Creativecomp Infotech centre.

We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Services (IT AMC services):

Non – Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract:   Non-Comprehensive includes  repair& services only with cost of defective parts to be borne by the customer.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: Comprehensive AMC includes all parts accepted consumable parts (Here, you are not charged separately for the labour or for the parts replaced). Only few parts are not covered which are consumables like plastic, rubbers, print head, cartridges, broken parts, fuser assembly etc.
